Remember the days when you used to create a Christmas list for Santa? I confess to making shamelessly long lists that usually included things with the name “Barbie” as a prefeix: Barbie convertible, Barbie Dream House, Barbie Swimming Pool…

And while Christmas for me no longer is not about the gifts, there are few things this year that I may just put on that list… like a Breville Individual Pie Maker from Williams-Sonoma.

I love pie and I don’t discriminate on flavor. Make it cherry, pecan, Boston cream, apple… just give me a fork. The idea or individual pies are brilliant — each can feel like they are getting their very own full-size pie experience (all the crust, all the filling…). And I think they’d present really well when entertaining.

So add this new dream machine to my Wish List. It will be worth rearranging the “gadget cabinet” just to fit it in!
