Entertaining with Animal Prints on Second City Soiree
Animal prints are everywhere this Fall — from gorgeous Donald Pliner shoes to Fendi bags to Diane von Furstenberg wrap dresses. But why should this trend be limited to just our wardrobe?!
Check out my guest post on Second City Soiree for tips on how to incorporate this fashion trend into your Fall entertaining plans.

Walking On Air
One of the things I find myself doing at most of my weddings is setting a second pair of shoes — often flip flops — underneath the bride’s seat so when her feet start hurting she can change into more comfortable footwear. Some brides choose lovely “second shoes” that match their dress and others choose slightly less flattering ones in the name of comfort.
Far be it from me to ever begrudge a woman the opportunity to buy a second pair of shoes, but now brides may not have to!
Cole Haan, famous for their marriage of Nike Air technology with gorgeous shoes, has introduced a new bridal collection. From ballet flats to sexy slingbacks, brides can pick the style that is most flattering and appealing to them.
Brides should be comfortable starting with the time they walk down the aisle, through posing for photos, while mingling with guests, on through dancing the night away. And they shouldn’t have to sacrifice fashion while doing it.
Thanks, Cole Haan!
